My current location is not listed
Unfortunately, only the listed locations can be selected at this moment. Please check if one of the listed cities is nearby your actual location. If so, you can select this city and make a note about your actual location within the ‘Personal introduction’ field. If none of the listed cities is nearby your actual location, please send an email message to cities@domestichelperworldwide.com and we will consider to add your city.
The job location of my preference is not listed
Unfortunately, only the listed job locations can be selected at this moment. Please check if one of the listed cities is nearby the job location of your preference. If so, you can select this city and make a note about the actual job location of your preference within the ‘Job description’ field. If none of the listed cities is nearby the job location of your preference, please send an email message to cities@domestichelperworldwide.com and we will consider to add the city of your preference.
I successfully submitted the registration form, but I cannot login yet
After your registration, please allow us up to 5 business days to check your profile details. As soon as we’ve verified and approved your registration details, you’ll receive an email . Please check your inbox within the days after your registration and don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us.
